MEET OUR TEAM MEMBERS

Alastair McCracken

Director

Alastair has over 35 years of planning and managing successful communities and resorts. Alastair is the Owner of StrataLiving and a former Resort Manager with Hyatt International. Alastair has been a Body Corporate business owner, Development Consultant, Committee Chairman and Building Manager.

Michelle Williamson

Director of Business Development

Michelle has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Strata Industry, starting as a personal assistant to a senior Body Corporate Manager and stepping up to Body Corporate Manager/Development Consultant within six months. Michelle is highly respected and regarded in the Body Corporate Industry for her high standard of personal & professional service, knowledge and communication skills. She shares these skills through training presentations held by the SCA (Strata Community Australia).

Shannon Sullivan

Director – Northern Region

Shannon has exceptional knowledge and experience with the intricacies of both strata management and the establishment of new developments. He has managed numerous strata communities across a diverse portfolio within the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and regional Queensland for more than a decade. A homegrown talent, he graduated from the University of Sunshine Coast with a Bachelor of Property Economics and Development. He also holds Certificate IV in Residential Drafting and Certificate II in Business. One of the company’s think tanks, Shannon, continues to improve the overall experience for stakeholders by advocating the use of technology and more straightforward, state-of-the-art solutions in the strata business. His calm and friendly demeanour and expertise enable him to assist clients with high professionalism and efficiency.

Shaun Meyrick

Director – Southern Region

Shaun owned Accomplish Body Corporate Management, based in Morayfield before StrataLiving acquired it in June 2023. Shaun grew up in the Moreton Bay Region and has over 15 years of experience in Body Corporate Management in Queensland and abroad. He has set up and managed various communities for owners, including large-scale and boutique developments. With experience ranging from residential and mixed-use communities to commercial business parks, heritage listed, and tourism destinations, he has a wealth of knowledge to share with Body Corporate Committees seeking to maximise livability and asset values in their communities. Shaun is a proud supporter of the industry.

Jenny Riseley

Senior Body Corporate Manager

With over 22 years of experience in the strata industry, Jenny has brought a wealth of knowledge to StrataLiving. Jenny holds a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management and specialises in business, accounts and body corporate management. StrataLiving were delighted to incorporate Jenny’s diverse experience into the company when her successful, family-run business, Select Strata Management, merged with StrataLiving in 2021. Jenny’s family-purchased the Sunshine Coast office of Strata Solutions in 2005 and renamed it to Select Strata Management, which serviced a variety of bodies corporate across Queensland for 15+ years. Jenny has held several diverse positions in her career, including being the first female Assistant Manager with Pizza Hut in Victoria in 1987 and bursar/Registrar for ten years with the Department of Education Victoria before relocating to Queensland, where Jenny took on the role as a sales secretary in the Real Estate Industry and from there into Body Corporate Management.

Lauren Coombs

Body Corporate Manager

Lauren joined StrataLiving in July 2022 after 4+ years as a Portfolio Manager and Administrator for multiple strata schemes and high-profile clients in Brisbane. Even though she is our youngest recruit, Lauren has amassed a decade of experience in various administration roles, establishing herself as one of our top-performing managers and a great multi-tasker. Lauren is already a valuable asset to our team with her pleasant personality and professionalism.

Tracy McCall

Assistant Body Corporate Manager

Tracy has been working in the body corporate industry for 20+ years. She first started at Archers before joining StrataLiving in 2011. Tracy has vast experience managing every type of strata scheme, community title and tiered arrangement, including building management committees. She guides owners through intricate matters of defect rectification, dispute resolution, conflict management and more. She also manages insurance renewals, claims, and term deposits. Being the longest-serving staff in the company and a great multi-tasker, Tracy is a valuable member of our team, helping to deliver personalised service to all stakeholders.

Kylie Mitchell

Assistant Body Corporate Manager

Kylie has over 25 years of administration experience. She commenced her body corporate career in 1998, working for one of Queensland’s largest body corporate management companies for 13 years. During her employment in body corporate management, she performed various roles, including body corporate manager, portfolio assistant and general administration duties. Kylie holds a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management. Previously, she worked in the property law sector with a respected body corporate lawyer. Kylie’s focus is on client relationships and service.

Kagan Rogers

Assistant Body Corporate Manager

Kagan joined StrataLiving at the beginning of 2024 with extensive experience in administration, training, and compliance. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, a Minor in HR & Marketing from USC, a Diploma in Hospitality Management, and a Certificate IV in Property Operations, Kagan brings a diverse skill set and professional stature. She has a proven track record of more than 17 years in strata, fostering customer relationships, ensuring compliance with legislation, and spearheading efficiency improvements. Kagan is, undoubtedly, poised for continued success in her roles to assist with your day-to-day strata challenges and management.
