Director

Alastair has over 35 years of planning and managing successful communities and resorts. Alastair is the Owner of StrataLiving, and a former Resort Manager with Hyatt International. Alastair has been a Body Corporate business owner, Development Consultant, Committee Chairman and Building Manager.

Shannon Sullivan

Body Corporate Manager

Shannon has exceptional knowledge and experience with the intricacies of both strata management and the establishment of new developments. For over six years, he has been managing numerous strata communities across a diverse portfolio within the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and regional Queensland. A homegrown talent, he graduated from the University of Sunshine Coast with a Bachelor of Property Economics and Development. He also holds Certificate IV in Residential Drafting and Certificate II in Business. One of the think tank of the company, Shannon continues to improve the overall experience for stakeholders by advocating the use of technology and simpler, state-of-the-art solutions in the strata business. His calm and friendly demeanour, coupled with his expertise, enables him to assist clients with high professionalism and efficiency.

Elly Weaver

Assistant Body Corporate Manager

Elly is one of our newest recruits, joining the company in August 2021 as an Assistant Body Corporate Manager. She is level IV accredited in Strata Community Management with SCA and has over 20+ years in client relationship and a variety of senior administration positions. Elly is known for her attention to detail, and a can-do positive attitude, which comes to no surprise given her passion and professional experience in fitness and trek training. 

Alex Malancioiu

Director of Business Development

With 10 years in the industry, Alex provides the Body Corporate Committee with the experience required to effectively manage a strata-titled complex. In addition to his extensive industry experience managing a variety of different sized complexes on the Sunshine Coast, Alex has also completed a Bachelor of Urban Development (Property Economic) and Masters of Business (Applied Finance) which enable him to provide a higher level of assistance in the budgeting process as well as any complex financial matters.

Body Corporate Administrator

Courtney has come to us with over 5 years experience as an assistant strata manager working all over the world, and finally settling back in Australia in 2018. Working for many different companies across the UK, Japan and New Zealand, saw her managing a wide variety of tasks including contractor management, assistant building management and customer relations. Her biggest asset is her organisation skills and efficiency which is an essential part of her role as our Body Corporate Administrator. Courtney is a valued member of the StrataLiving team.

Tracy McCall

Body Corporate Assistant

Tracy has been working in the body corporate industry for over 15 years. She first started at Archers before joining StrataLiving in 2011. Tracy has vast experience in managing every type of strata scheme, community title and tiered arrangements, including building management committees. She effectively guides owners through intricate matters such as defect rectification, dispute resolution, conflict management and more. She also manages insurance renewals and claims, as well as term deposits for all our clients. Being the longest-serving staff in the company and a great multi-tasker, Tracy is a valuable member of our team, helping to deliver personalized service to all stakeholders.
