Please note that only Owners can use this app. Tenants, agents and other authorised users will have to call the Office, or email us at info@slbcm.com.au.
When a request is lodged – your Body Corporate Manager will review the request and either:
Only the Committee can approve Body Corporate maintenance work to proceed. Work orders can only be issued upon written instruction of the Committee, or for major works, by resolution of all Owners in a General Meeting.
Once the Maintenance Request is lodged you will receive a message confirming the lodgement and starting the process of approval and rectification.
